Jeffery E. Knowles
GRANITEVILLE, SC - Mr. Jeffery E. Knowles, 49, husband of twenty-five years to Mrs. Bonnie Robinson Knowles, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at his home, with his family at his side.
Born in Frankfurt, Germany and a resident of Aiken County, SC, most of his life, he was a son of the late Donald Knowles and the late Clara Barber Knowles Silas. Jeffery was employed by Michelin of North America for over twenty-years.
He was a faithful member of Midland Valley Community Church of the Nazarene and he loved the Lord with all of his heart.
Jeffery enjoyed sports and was an avid Clemson Tiger fan. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed Old Westerns.
His greatest love however, was being with his wife and children. He was loved by so many. Once you knew him, you had a friend for life.
In addition to his wife and parents, family members include his children, Brieanna, Ethan and Jacob Knowles, all of the home, sister, Donna Beasley and her husband, Scotty, Graniteville, SC; brother, Don Knowles, Gloverville, SC; father and mother-in-law, Belton and Vickie Robinson, Graniteville, SC; brother-in-law, Hoke Robinson, and his wife, Emily, Rock Hill, SC; sister-in-law, Marla Sheron and her husband, Benjamin, North Augusta, SC and sister-in-law, Megan Bennett and her husband, Steven, North Augusta, SC.
He was loved by all of his nieces and nephews.
The family sincerely appreciates the care that Jeffery received from Hospice Care of South Carolina, especially the care given by Janice Britt.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 28th, 2015, at 11 o'clock at Midland Valley Community Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Kyle Poole and Rev. Harry Widener officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ricky Wiggins, Benjamin Sheron, Hoke Robinson, Chandler Robinson, Steven Bennett and Robert Payne.
The family will greet friends on (this evening) Friday, February 27, 2015, from 5 until 8 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC.
