Mrs. Jeanne Kirkland
North Augusta - Mrs. Jeanne C. Kirkland, 91, beloved wife of the late Mr. Lennell B. Kirkland, of North Augusta, SC, entered into rest on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Along with her husband, Mrs. Kirkland was preceded in death by her daughter, Mrs. Janis Prince.
The family will greet friends on Monday, January 9, 2023, beginning at 1 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC 29829 followed by a Celebration of Life service at 2 o'clock in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC.
Left to cherish Mrs. Kirkland's memory is her son, Randy L. Kirkland, of Clarkston, GA; her brother, Jimmy Gardner, of Colorado and four grandchildren, Ryan Geisler, Corey Geisler, Brandon Geisler, and Rick Prince.
Mrs. Kirkland was born in Langley, SC to the late Columbus and Marie Elliott Coleman. She retired from Owens-Corning in quality control. Before her health declined, Mrs. Kirkland was a dedicated member of Langley Church of God. She was well known for her cooking and she loved to fish but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren Logan, Landyn, Kinley and Mallory.
