Jason Heath Johnson
Warrenville - Funeral Services for Jason Heath Johnson, 42, who entered into rest November 17, 2021, will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel, Brother Eddie Moyer officiating. Interment will follow in the Warrenville Cemetery.
Jason was born May 23, 1979, in Augusta, GA to Tommy Johnson and the late Linda Cauley. He loved his family and was well liked by his co-workers at Newman Technology where he worked for 20 years. Jason was an avid University of South Carolina Gamecocks fan and an outdoorsman. In addition to his mother, Jason was also preceded in death by his sister, Michelle McElwee.
Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Stephanie Johnson; daughters, Keely Johnson, Alyssa Johnson and Rhaylin Mabrey; sons, Chase Snead and Jay Johnson; father, Tommy Julian Johnson, Sr; brothers, Jerry Thornton, Randy Johnson, Tommy (Frankie) Johnson, Jr., and Darrin Johnson and his significant other April Starnes; grandmother, Zula Mae Johnson.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Joseph Johnson and Tommy Johnson, III.
Pallbearers will be Steven Crosby, Stephen Herndon, Terry Johnson, Caleb Harden, Clay Johnson, Julian Johnson, Randy Johnson and Gavin Booth.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 until 8 PM.
Memorials may be made to COVID relief efforts in memory of Jason.
