Janet Whitney Bearden
NORTH AUGUSTA, SC - Memorial Services for Mrs. Janet Whitney Bearden, 62, who entered rest December 3, 2014, will be conducted Monday, December 22, 2014 at 4 o'clock in Big Stevens Creek Baptist Church. Dr. Tommy Meador officiating.
Mrs. Bearden was a life-long resident of North Augusta and member of Big Stevens Creek Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed crocheting, searching out recipes and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, William C. "Bill" Bearden; a son, Chad Whitney Bearden, North Augusta, SC; a daughter, Heather Michele (Craig) Kight, Crown Point, IN; her parents, C.E. "Eli" and June Whitney, North Augusta, SC; two sisters, Rebecca Wetherhorne, Lyndhurst, VA and Gina Martin, Huger, SC; two grandchildren, Chantz Kight and Hailey Kight.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 5 until 7.
