James Holsomback Obituary
Warrenville - Mr. James Steven "Steve" Holsomback, 62, of Warrenville, SC, beloved husband of nineteen years to Tonya Waters Holsomback, entered into rest on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, in the comfort of his home.
Born in Savannah, GA and a resident of the area most of his life, he was a son of Jewel Hill Holsomback of Johnston, SC and the late Henry Mercer Holsomback, Sr. Prior to his health declining, he was an Arborist with Whitestone Utilities. An avid outdoorsman he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He proudly and with honor served his country in the United States Navy. Let us not forget, he was a huge DAWG fan.
In addition to his wife and parents, family members include his siblings, Butch Holsomback and his wife, Susan, Aiken, SC, Rick Holsomback, Batesburg, SC and Mike Holsomback, Johnston, SC.
The family will greet friends on Saturday, December 12, 2020, beginning at 4 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 5 o'clock in the chapel. Pastor Dexter Lambert will officiate.
If so desired, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
