Horace Johnson Obituary
AIKEN, SC - Funeral Services for Mr. Horace J. Johnson, Sr., 61, of 562 Old Friar Rd who passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016 will be held 2 PM Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Union Baptist Church (Viewing 10 AM- 11 AM). Burial will be at Aiken Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Johnson; two daughters, Lenzie (John) Wilson and Sherell Johnson; son, Horace J. Johnson, Jr; two sisters, Bessie (Elandus) Mays and Rosa (Bobby) Wells; four brothers, Abner (Mary) Johnson, Jr., Walter (Iris) Johnson, Sr., Joseph (Cherry) Johnson and Wallas Johnson.
Friends may call the residence of Frances Johnson, 30 Shenandoah St., or JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, 126 Fairfield St. SE @803-649-6123 from 3 PM to 8 PM on Tuesday.

Our class of "73" has yet lost another soldier. My prayers are with France's the children and grands. I send my prayers to Wallace and Bessie as well! I was hoping that I could attend the service tomorrow but it looks like work is not going to soon it. May you find comfort in this hour.
