I learned so much about love from my cousin. She knew how to embrace and love unconditionally without judgment. Louise was not only a class act, she taught me what is important to represent as women of color: that we love, we hurt, we move, we go on. I'm so thankful that the Lord, My God allowed her to be in my life. Louise will always be in my heart, until I know longer breathed. Thank you my beautiful cousin for a lifetime of memories.

From the Hardine-Grant, Williamson and Robinson Families in Los Angeles, California
We extend our heartfelt condolences to
our brother, Samuel J. Grant, to whom Mr. & Mrs. Horace Russell adopted as their son. It was through you, that we met and befriended such kind, loving and intelligent people. We offer this poem as a symbol of knowing that Mrs. Russell is now reunited with her beloved husband and the two of them are present with the Lord.

The Joy of Life
In the eternal Scheme of things
It's better to regard the joy life brings
A summer's warmth, a winter's breeze
The love of life these things we seize
But when the spark of life is lost
And sadness chills our hearts with frost
Think upon the previous things
For it's better to regard the joy life brings
And in the day our Savior reigns
with Him we'll find that life remains
So dry your eyes and calm your fears
The Lord is nigh, shed no more tears
(written by David L. Williamson)
May the peace of God be with you at this time of celebrating such a wonderful life.
