Gloria J. Burns Feb. 12, 1945 - Apr. 27, 2014 Resident of Oakland Gloria grew up as a child in North Richmond, CA and moved to Oakland, CA as an adult. Gloria worked at Military Sealift Command for over thirty years. Visitation will be held at 4pm to 8pm, May 8th, at Wilson & Kratzer, 455 24th St., Richmond, CA. Funeral services, May 9th, 11am.
