Frank Ferrando Obituary

It is with deep sadness that our family announces the passing of Mr. Frank Mark Ferrando, age 55, of North Augusta, SC, beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin. Frank entered into rest on Friday, February 6, 2026, after a long, hard-fought battle with personal health challenges.

Frank was a man of rare kindness - a "helper" in the truest sense of the word with a generous, compassionate soul. A "Titan" in another life, Frank had a gift for building, doing, and fixing almost anything. Whether it was a complex project or years of working alongside his "Pop" at Ferrando's Pizzeria, his skill and "NY Family Pride" were evident to all.

To Frank, family was everything. Despite facing significant, quiet struggles throughout his life, he never lost his capacity to love or his desire for connection. Whenever he could, Frank was the first to roll up his sleeves, load his car, and provide a steady hand to those who needed assistance. He fought his journey with the spirit of a warrior. While these challenges often shadowed his immense potential, they could never extinguish the inherent goodness of his soul. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, love of Dale Earnhardt and the Miami Dolphins, his Italian heritage, and love of family. Frank is now reunited in Heaven with his beloved parents and grandparents.

He is survived by his four siblings, Louis (Stephanie) Ferrando, Donna Plemons, Teresa (William) DeAngel, Christopher (Elizabeth) Ferrando, his Uncle Frank Ferrando (of Batavia, NY) and several nieces, nephews and cousins who loved him dearly.

Frank was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Ferrando and his father, Lou Ferrando. His family takes comfort in knowing Frank is finally at peace and free from the heavy burdens he carried -restored and sharing space in heaven with God our Father and those he dearly loved.
