Frances was born in Edgefield, South Carolina. She was a member of Burnettown First Baptist Church. She worked for Bennett Gas and Manager at the L & M Cafe for many years while still being a loving and attentive homemaker. She loved her home and family and was known for her meticulous housekeeping. Frances was a talented cook and she baked the best cakes. Growing up, her children said that the evening meal was always on the table for the family to gather around, passing dishes and catching up with each other. Holiday meals were especially warm and festive because she made sure each of her children's favorite dishes was on the table.
Frances was well loved and respected by all who knew her. Her family loved and cared for her, and her beautiful smile left everyone remembering how truly special she was.
