Former resident of Concord
Evelyn Virginia Kotter, age 95 of Springdale, Arkansas passed away Thursday December 26, 2013 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born July 13, 1918 in Hood River, Oregon where she was also raised and her parents were Fred Paasch and Mary Altman Paasch. She and her husband Milton were members of Calvary Baptist Church and Fair Oaks Baptist in Concord. She was preceded in death by her husband Milton Kotter (1913-1991); her son, Jerald Dennis Kotter (1949-2011).
She is survived by sons, Chris Kotter of Clarksville, Arkansas; Kenneth Kotter of Belmont, California.
Burial will be in Oakmont Memorial Park in Lafayette, California. Arrangements in Fayetteville are under the direction of Nelson Berna Funeral Home, arrangements in Lafayette are under the direction of Oakmont Mortuary. To place an online tribute visit www.nelsonberna.com

I knew this beautiful lady and her family when I was a child. Her husband Milt took our wedding pictures at Calvary Baptist church. I went to church and school with her son Jerald. What a lovely example of Gods love she was. . I feel blessed to have known here. Sincerely Jane Cooper Kilmartin.

Im sorry I wont be able to sing at your mothers funeral , I promised her I would. We used to laugh about that. I send my bested widhes to her boys who she dearly loved.
