Eugene Dobbs Obituary
AIKEN - Eugene Dobbs, Sr. was born on September 9th, 1949, in Johnston, SC to the Late S. T. Dobbs, Sr., and the Late Justine Dobbs. An angel called him to his heavenly home on Monday, May 29th, 2023, from his earthly home in Aiken, South Carolina. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Monday June 5, 2023 at Second Baptist Church, (Viewing 11-12 PM) 1151 York St. NE, with Rev Dr. Douglas A. Slaughter, Pastor. Burial will follow 12 PM Wednesday June 7th at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC. He was a loving husband, father, brother, friend. He is survived by his wife Barbara Dobbs, of fifty-six years, ten siblings, nine children, twenty-three grand-children, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great grand-children.
Friends may call the residence or JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, 126 Fairfield St. SE, Aiken, SC 29801, 803-649-6123, Sunday from 4-8 PM.
