She is survived by her two devoted sons, Nelson M. Peralta and his wife Yosuk of Washington State, and Nixon J. Peralta and his wife Annette of Aiken, SC. Ernestina was a loving grandmother to her two grandchildren, Xavier Peralta and Isabella Peralta, who brought immense joy to her life. Throughout her life, Ernestina made a lasting impact in her career as an administrative assistant, where her dedication and commitment were deeply respected by her colleagues. She possessed a vibrant love for traveling, particularly when accompanied by her grandchildren and cherished fur babies. Her passion for Puerto Rican cuisine was well known, and she took great pleasure in sharing her culinary creations with family and friends.
