Ernest Bennett Obituary
JACKSON - Graveside Services for Mr. Ernest Larry Bennett, 72, who entered into rest December 17, 2020, will be conducted Saturday morning at 11 o'clock in Jackson Memorial Park. Rev. Brian Henderson and Dr. E. Finley Limehouse officiating. We encourage those attending to wear a mask and social distancing will be practiced.
Mr. Bennett was a native of Ellenton, SC, having made Jackson his life-long residence. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jackson, a US Navy Veteran of Viet Nam and a retired truck driver at Linde, Inc, with 35 years of service. Mr. Bennett enjoyed gardening and woodworking. He was predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Cecile Atkinson Bennett, two sisters, Mae Weatherford and Doris Doles and two brothers, Donnie Bennett and Ray Bennett.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Martha Bennett; four daughters, Lisa (David) Griswold, Greensboro, NC, Donna Bennett and Jennifer Bennett both of Jackson, Donna Beech, Pass Christian, MS; four grandchildren, David Griswold, Lindsay Griswold, Brenna (Matt) Ladner and Brooklyn Beech; a great grandson, Ryder Ladner; a brother, Paul Bennett, Jackson.
The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service.

I am so sorry for your loss. I went to Jackson high school with Paul and I knew the Bennett family. Larry was a little younger than me.
