AIKEN - Mrs. Elease Smith entered into rest on Sunday, December 5, 2021. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 12 noon at Zion Fair Baptist Church. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Survivors include her children, Constance (Ronnie) Butler, Patrick (Lisa) Smith, Chris (Shanita) Smith, Joey (Audrey) Smith, Rochelle McCullough; sister, Esterlena (Sammy) Purdie; brothers, Daniel (Barbara) Glover, Horace (Violet) Glover; sisters-in-law, Mary Glover, Mary Alice Glover, Shirley (Charles) Trowell, June Smith; brothers-in-law, Johnny Barton, Freddie Smith; grandchildren, Christopher Smith, Zarria Butler, Cierra Butler, Xavier Smith, Javarie Smith, Alex "AJ" Smith Jr., Justin Smith, Jordan Smith, Kiersten Smith, Brenton (Keana) Brighthop, Quenton Brighthop; great granddaughters, Harmony Brighthop, Naomi Brighthop; special niece, Melanie S. Goldwire; a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. Mrs. Smith may be viewed on Thursday at the funeral home from 1 to 5 p.m. Please continue to wear masks and practice social distancing.
