Edward Cummings Obituary
Aiken - Mr. Edward Lee Cummings, age 68, husband of Anna Baytops Cummings, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at Aiken Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be held 2 PM Friday at Aiken Memorial Gardens, 1523 Edgefield Hwy with Bishop Gerald Haynes officiating. Earnest worked in the Maintenance Department of Aiken County Public Works and was a member of New Life Ministries of Aiken. Survivors include: his devoted wife, Anna; their children, Jimmy L. Watson and Anthony W. Watson (Kiara); his sister, Arnette Quartey; brothers, Otis Cummings, Jr, Robert Cummings (Francis) and Roger Cummings (Inez); ten grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call his wife, 803 220 5285, 472 McCormick Street, NW, or JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, 126 Fairfield St, SE, Aiken, SC 29801, 803 649 6123 Thursday from 4-8 PM.

Edward was a good friend, even after he left the County Public works department,he would always stop by our office to see me. He always had a smile on his face
