Dahyabhai Patel Obituary
AIKEN - DAHYABHAI P. PATEL, 85, husband of the late Revaben Patel, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at PruittHealth of Aiken.
A native of Boria, India, Dahyabhai was a professor and retired from Gujarat University in Disa, India, where he taught Sanskrit. He moved to Aiken in 2004.
Survivors include two sons, Hashmukh Patel, Columbia, SC, Ketan Patel and his wife, Laju, Aiken; seven grandchildren, including Tanvi and Niki Patel; two great-grandchildren and a sister in Canada. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Suresh Patel and a brother.
The Antyesti (Funeral) will be held Saturday morning, December 24th at 9 o'clock at Shellhouse - Rivers Funeral Home.
