Corey, we have been close friends since our 3rd grade class, and somehow our friendship just last and last.
We used to compete for who could make the most A's, we were together in gifted and talented classes, you were very intelligent always.
Your kindness is what really made our close bond stay.
I just knew i would finally beat you at basketball one day.
And i did it!! NBA Live on PlayStation...you were oww blowed, thats the phrase you made popular that all of our friends know.
I could never best you on the real court.
You even made many all star teams in high school, you were great at sports.
We used to have some heated battles at your house playing ball in dirt.
Best of all, you made your friends feel like they were first; you were the most hilarious, thoughtful, hardworking guy on this earth.
I'm truly amazed that we never had any serious issues between us. It's just that somehow over the years we lost touch.
Then i ran into you that one faithful day a little while ago.
We had a chance to catch up, and talk about how the time flown.
I gave you dap, and just hugged you what seemed like forever. I was overwhelmed with emotion, felt like you were a celebrity.
Only God knew that was the last time we would ever meet.
Youre my brother from another mother; yes we are family.
I will pray for everyone that you have impacted, for strength to deal with this great loss which was tragic.
The lord has called you home, your soul needed to rest, for as well as we know you, he knows you best. Love you Tamell Bailey

Words can not explain the pain and hurt I'm feeling. I know your in a better place. The fact that you left us with great memories gives me some comfort but the fact that your gone is unbelievable and I'm still trying to cope with the fact that I will no longer see your face or be able to laugh and joke with you. Fly high homie!!! I had my last words with you, when I came to see you today.. I really couldn't see you like that, laying there.. It made me rethink a lot of things at the time.. One day you here and the next you're gone smh.. I know you're in a better place now but still.. It just doesn't seem real at all.. Rest Easy Bruh..
