Conell Young Obituary
New Ellenton - Mr. Conell Young, age 61, of 403 Long St., passed away Tuesday June 13, 2023. Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Saturday June 17, 2023 at Zion Fair MBC, (Viewing 12-1 PM) 97 Dry Branch Rd. Burial will be in Eastside Church of Christ Cemetery.
Survivors include; his wife, Cynthia B. Young,; children, Conell E. Young and Rasheka Gaines (Antwan). Friends may call the residence or visit JACKSON-BROOKS CHAPEL, 606 Main St., New Ellenton, SC 29809, 803 649 6123 Friday from 2-8 PM. Wake 5-6.

Mrs. Young I want to express my deepest condolences to you and your family. I had the honor of working with Mr. Conell for 23 years of his 33-year career at the school district. He was more than just a colleague; he was a part of our work family. Please know that we are all mourning with you during this tough time. Mr. Young was an inspiration to us all, with his calm demeanor, kind words, and compassion for his colleagues. His memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and worked alongside him at the Aiken County Public School District.
