CMSgt Vincent Eugene Jamison Obituary

North Augusta, SC – The Mass of Christian Burial for Vincent Eugene Jamison, Jr., CMSgt (Ret.), 84, who entered into rest September 25, 2025, will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Rev. J. Antony Gaspar celebrant. Entombment will follow in the Pineview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The Rosary will be recited at the funeral home Tuesday evening beginning at 5 o'clock followed by visitation until 7 o'clock. Mr. Jamison was born April 28, 1941, in McKeesport, PA to the late Vincent and Lois Jamison. He served his country in the United States Air Force and retired after 26 years of service with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. Upon retiring from the USAF Mr. Jamison worked in security for the Department of Energy in New Orleans and locally at the Savannah River Site, later working as a security consultant for the government all over the world. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman, hunter and enjoyed boating. Most of all, however, he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Eileen L. Jamison; daughter, Diane Meyers; sons, Jeff Jamison (Melanie) and Troy Jamison (Melissa); grandchildren, Jake Jamison (Misty), Gerry Jamison (Justyn), Megan Fletcher (Jon), Mandi Estrada (Jayme), Eric Jamison and Dylan Jamison; great-grandchildren, Lily, Ryder and Kashton; sisters, Patti King (Jack) and Darlene Kaleta.
