Christopher Strong Obituary
AIKEN, SC - Graveside Services for Mr. Christopher Adam Strong, who entered into rest July 23, 2014, will be conducted Monday morning at 11 o'clock in the Great Salkehatchie Cemetery, Ulmer, SC. Bishop Roger Corless officiating.
Adam was native of Allendale, South Carolina, having made Aiken his home for the past 11 years. He was a 2013 graduate of Aiken High School and worked for Durban-Laird Insurance. Adam was a caring individual who always helped others.
He was a spontaneous and happy person who enjoyed hiking, the outdoors, cars, working out and spending time with his family and friends, particularly his sisters.
Survivors include his parents, Larry and Kim Strong, Aiken, SC; three sisters, Ashley Brandt, Sierra Strong and Shannon Strong, all of Aiken, SC; paternal grandfather, Dr. Lawrence D. Strong, Sr., (Bess), Allendale, SC; paternal grandmother, Virginia Strong, Hurricane, UT; maternal grandmother, Vesta Adams (Mark), Walterboro, SC; niece Alexis Brandt; best friend, London Vickers
The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service.

I am so sorry for the loss. I only met Adam a few times but he seemed very kind. My kids really liked him and were so sad to hear the news. His passing was a great loss. Prayers and thoughts go out to the family.

Adam was a wonderful and kind person. It was a pleasure to have known him. He will be missed by all who knew him. I am so very sorry that he decided to leave us so early!

I never actually met Adam but I became friends with Shannon recently. It didn't take long for me to realize the love Shannon has for her brother. Not even death can overcome the unbreakable bond this sister and brother share. I love you Shannon and your family will continuously be in my thoughts and prayers as you seek peace, guidance, and comfort through this difficult time.
