Cherri Hopkins Obituary
NORTH AUGUSTA - Mrs. Cherri Holton Hopkins, 68, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2023.
Cherri was born in Soperton, GA, daughter of Jack Roy Holton, Aiken, and the late Barbara Ann Richardson Holton.
She is survived by her husband, James Hopkins, Jr; daughter, Summer M. Hopkins, N. Augusta; son, Scott Bowen, Charlotte, NC; sister, Donna H. (Clayton) Meadows, Aiken; brothers, Glen "Rick" (Patricia) Holton, Aiken Charles (Dr. Holly Broome) Holton, Slidell, LA; nine nieces and nephews; and 12 great nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on April 2, 2023, in the Shellhouse Funeral Home chapel with the Reverend Dr. Brad Willis officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org) or Walking Tall Ministries (www.walkingtallministries.unaux.com)
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Sunday evening at SHELLHOUSE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 924 HAYNE AVE., AIKEN, SC
