It is with deep regret to hear of my friend and comrades passing. I shall miss him immensely. I send my condolences to Marge and the rest of Chuck's family, and offer my assistance in any way they see fit. Chuck's passing leaves a huge gap in the 549th MP Company reunion group he so loved to attend each year, we all will miss his smiling face and good humor. Rest in that wonderful peace where we all will meet some day my friend, in the ever loving arms of our blessed savior, Jesus Christ
