Charles Moyer Obituary
Lincolnton, GA - Charles Franklin Moyer, 80, husband of Jouette Davis Moyer, entered into rest on Sunday, October 7, 2018, at Doctors Hospital of Augusta.
Mr. Moyer, a native of Aiken County, was a U.S. Army Veteran. He retired from Owens-Corning Fiberglass after 32 years and then served as President of Teamsters Union for 3 years.
Survivors include his wife, Jouette Moyer; one daughter, Melissa Hembree (Jeremy); step-son, Christopher Wren (Angela) three grandchildren, Aiden Hembree, Audrey Hembree and Tre Moyer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Millard and Ruby Lee Moyer, a son, Andrew Moyer, two brothers, Bobby Moyer and Billy Moyer.
If so desired, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2607 Commons Blvd., Augusta, GA 30909 or a charity of your choice.
In accordance to his wishes, Charles will be cremated and no services will be held.

There is another empty spot in the LBC Class of 1957 as we say goodbye to our friend Charles. We just had to say goodbye to Larry and Dewey along with others. We'll meet again in the hereafter. .
