Terry was great driver in high school. My first experience was in his 56 Chevy which we drove in his neighborhood . It was my first nascar experience, and left me sucking my thumb calling for mama. Then I was dumb enough to get in his 454 corvette doing doughnuts at west side with terry laughing and me crying . Ill never forget that! Hope to see you again terry. Charles hollowell

Terry Davis was one of Augusta's finest business leaders. His father started a wonderful company and Terry and his sister Karen took the enterprise to a completely new level of success. Terry was loyal, kind and generous to everyone, he came in contact with. Truly a man of God. I'm very sad to hear of his passing and hope that the family finds comfort in the days ahead.

About 11 years ago I ordered some concrete on a Saturday to pour some footers for some room additions at my house. The truck got stuck in the yard the driver called the wrecker. Next time I looked up there was Terry he had come to check on the situation. He said do you have a couple wheel barrows. I said yes. Next thing I know me and Terry were rolling concrete around corner to the footers. That was pretty cool. Truck was pulled out by his wrecker and all was good. I will always remember that. So sorry for your loss.

I will never forget when I managed at Waffle House on Riverwatch Parkway, I met Mr. Terry Davis. He told me that he liked his bacon cooked medium. He said that if I could cook his bacon medium he would come back. Well I passed the test. He continued to come back. It was my pleasure to prepare his breakfast. So he became a regular. Whenever I saw him coming, I knew what to do and he appreciated it. Prayers for comfort strength and understanding for Karen Hunt and family.
