Carl Milligan Obituary

Mrs. Milligan, I am so sorry for your loss of your son. I didn't know him, but I remember your daughters. Thinking of you at this time.

We are your neighbors at the end of Mountain Laurel Drive (#49 and #51). Carl would wave and give us a big smile when he rode the golf cart down by our house. We are very sorry to learn of his passing. We pray for your family. May God bless you and bring you comfort in your time of grief.
