Brian Street Obituary

Brian Paxton Street
North Augusta - Brian Paxton Street passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 at Emory Saint Joseph's hospital. He was fifty-five years old.
Brian was born on July 16, 1966 and was raised in North Augusta, South Carolina by his loving parents Gary and Jane Street. During his time in North Augusta Brian met many of his lifelong friends. Upon graduating from North Augusta high school Brian attended Auburn University where he met his future wife Jennie during his first quarter. While attending Auburn he joined Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity where he became the fraternity's treasurer and then president as an upperclassman. He graduated in 1988 with a degree in accounting and began his career as an accountant for BellSouth. Brian continued his career working for AT&T and Cerberus as a sales compensation specialist. He then pursued consulting and worked for Sales Globe where he was respected as being one of the best in his field.
Brian and Jennie were married on July 21,1990 and together raised three sons.
Brian had many passions throughout his life. He was a devoted Auburn Fan and loved watching sports of all kinds. From an early age he loved golf and has attended the Masters Golf Tournament every year since childhood. Later in life he began playing ALTA tennis and enjoyed the competition and friendships he made while doing so.
His biggest passion though was his family. He was a devoted father and loved taking the boys to all their sporting events and activities. He loved planning family trips and saw many beautiful places in his life from Hawaii to Europe and everything in between. He loved family game nights, family movie nights and just spending time with his boys. He was the center of his family and could light up a room with his distinctive laugh and warm personality.
Brian is survived by his wife Jennie of 31 years, as well as his three sons Riley, Davis and Garrett. He is also survived by his parents, Gary and Jane Street, his brother David (Ekatrina), and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Sunday, March 13, 2022 from 1:00 pm until service time at 3:00 pm at McDonald and Son Funeral Home.
To honor Brian's memory a donation may be sent to Meals by Grace (mealsbygrace.org) to help feed those who are in need.
