Bobbie Jean Bromley
NORTH AUGUSTA, SC - Memorial Services for Mrs. Bobbie Jean Bromley, 81, who entered into rest March 24, 2016, will be conducted this Saturday afternoon at 5 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel. Chaplain Dexter Lambert officiating.
Mrs. Bromley was born on April 11, 1934 in Bellmawr, New Jersey to the late Robert and Mary Gillis. She was the oldest of six children. Mrs. Bromley was married to Robert E. Bromley for 65 years. They resided in New Milford, Connecticut before moving to North Augusta in 1969. In her early years she enjoyed bowling, spending time at the lake and traveling in their motor home with her husband and beloved dog. Mrs. Bromley was loved dearly by her children and treasured by her grandchildren. She was a sweet and wonderful person who never said an unkind word about anyone. She will be deeply missed.
In addition to her husband, survivors include two sons, Rob (Jan) Bromley, Aiken, SC and Ronnie Bromley, Edgefield, SC; a daughter, Teri Bromley, North Augusta, SC; three grandsons, Robert Bromley, Belvedere, SC, Evan (Amy) Bromley, Bluffton, SC and Collin (Meredith) Bromley, Atlanta, GA.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
