Blanding Spradley Obituary
Warrenville, SC - Mr. Blanding Carnell Spradley, 66, beloved husband of thirty one years to Mrs. Rhonda Anderson Spradley, entered into rest on Monday, March 6, 2023, in the comfort of his home with his wife by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wyman Carnell and Gladys Blondell Spradley and a brother, Bruce Spradley.
The family will greet friends on Thursday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Granitevillle, SC 29829. A Celebration of Life service will be at 1 o'clock Friday, March 10, 2023, with Dr. Harold Herd officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Beech Island, SC.
Left to cherish his memory along with his wife, Rhonda is his sister, Darnelle Gay (Jimmy), of Vaucluse, and his brothers, Marty Spradley (Debbie), of Vaucluse, SC and Jeffery Spradley (Karen), of Langley, SC.
Mr. Spradley was born in Batesburg, SC. He worked for Bridgestone with eighteen years of service. Blanding enjoyed taking care of his yard, relaxing on his porch, Gamecock Football, and NASCAR with Dale Earnhardt, Sr. bur he especially loved spending time with Rhonda and his family.
Special thanks to Dr. Ahmad Gill and Dr. Jed Howington for their care of Mr. Spradley. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Helping Hands Hospice of Aiken, SC.
