Truly a fantastic lady. In her younger days she spent many hours supporting and assisting the original Aiken County Rescue Squad. Always putting family and friends first. Betty and her first husband Bill, (who passed at a very young age) played a very important role in my life as a teenager in Aiken with many of their friends. The family faced many tragedies as one and survived as one. Our prayers and thoughts remain with her children and all family members. She will truly cherish the reunion with family that went before her. Thank you for the time and advice you gave to me at such a young age.
