We remember so many things about Mrs. McGhee. She's sewed beautifully. She had such a sweet spirit about her. She always had encouraging words for you. We often recall a moment during one of the worship services. Rev. Wimley's wife visited Foster Chapel. She sang the song, "in the Upper Room with Jesus." Quiet Mrs. McGhee shouted, "Sing it, sing it, sing it!" After service, she said that she just couldn't help it.
Now, she's in that upper room with Jesus. You know that you will see her again. Continue in the Word. We love you all.

To the McGhee and Whitmore Families, I am so sorry for your loss. Mother McGhee is the example of what a First Lady, Mother, Friend and what a Woman of God should be. My heart is so heavy right now but I take comfort in knowing that she is with the King. Yesterday was very hard for me at Foster Chapel because I did not get to kiss her sweet face as I often did every Sunday morning. Rest my sweet Angel until we meet again. You all are in my prayers and I love each of you all very much.

We are comforted by the promise of God to never leave, forsake, or abandon us. God is an ever present help and we look to the hills from whence our help comes from...knowing that all of our help comes from the Lord, our Creator and Maker and who is perfecting our faith in Him.
As you go through the valley of the shadow of death, God is with you. We are never prepared or ready to say good-bye, so we say, we'll see her in the morning, in that great getting up morning. And as Robin has sung, "I pray we all be ready,"
Grace, Comfort, and Peace Be Multiplied unto you ALL {Lenoir- McGhee Family)
Love and Prayers,

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me… -Psalm 23

Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy laden,?and I will give you rest. -Matthew 11:28

Our deepest heartfelt sympathy to the family, friends, and our Foster Chapel Family. May the PEACE of GOD that surpasses all understanding bring comfort now and forevermore, In JESUS Name!

Words can not express my sorrow. Times like this make you realize how important it is to visit and keep in touch with family. Putting off to tomorrow what needs to be done today. I missed my chance to tell her how important she was to me. But I know that she knew and I will see her again. She taught by her walk in life, how a Godly woman should be and that we will be reunited one day. Family hold true to your faith and God will comfort and give you peace. Continual Prayer! Love you all!

To Pastor McGhee and Family

13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

I Thessalonians 4:13-18

The family will be in our prayers during this time.

Love, Anthony & Paula
