Betty Cato
AIKEN, SC - Betty Murrell Cato, age 88, of Aiken, S.C., loving wife of the late William E. Cato and daughter of the late Austin Murrell and the late Dehlia Holley Murrell, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 2, 2017. She is survived by her daughters, Olivia Cato Bland of Aiken, S.C. and Diane Cato Price of Evans, Ga.; a sister, Dorothy Murrell Posey of Langley, S.C.; eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. She was a member of Vaucluse First Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She shall be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched during the 88 years that God granted her on this earth. Death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her family and loved ones. Earth's loss is truly Heaven's gain. A service, celebrating her life, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 2:00 PM with Rev. J. B. Redd officiating. The interment will follow at the Vaucluse Cemetery. Her grandsons and great grandsons will serve as Pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt "Thank you" to Carol Jarvis and her children and also to the staff at Trinity on Laurens for the loving care they gave to their loved one during her illness. Memorials may be made to the Vaucluse First Baptist Church, P. O. Box 28, Vaucluse, S.C. 29850. Napier Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.C. 29829, is in charge of the funeral arrangements.

Diane and Libby, I am so sorry for your loss of Aunt Betty. My Prayer is for God to wrap is loving arms around all of you and give you peace. I imagine that there has been a great reunion in Heaven with Her and WE and all of the rest of our Family. I believe that She has been made whole again all is well. My heart hurts with you all.
