Bernard Gray Obituary
AIKEN - Bernard Nathaniel Gray, 62, passed away Friday, Nov. 15, 2019. Born April 12, 1957. He was a son of Sallie Mae Buggs and Nathaniel Gray. Graduate of Aiken High School. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Betty Jean Gray, parents, and granddaughter Shakayla Watkins. He is survived by his sister, Loresa Gray; brother Lorenzo Gray; children, Tonya Smith, Na-Tasha Smith-James (Derrick), Shmeki Watkins, Jermaine Gray, and Bessie Reeves; aunts Annie Humphrey (Robert) and Georgia Mae Buggs. 11 grandchildren 15 great grandchildren, as well as numerous cousins and extended family. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 20, at Evening Light Church of God 358 Chalk Bed Rd, Graniteville, SC (Viewing 1-2PM). Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Jackson Brooks Funeral Home 126 Fairfield ST, SE, Aiken, SC 29801 Tuesday from 3-8 PM.
