Beckett McKnight Obituary
AIKEN, SC - Beckett Ryan McKnight, 37, of Aiken, SC passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016. Ryan was born in Knoxville, TN and moved to Aiken in 1989. He graduated from South Aiken High School and attended University of South Carolina-Aiken before moving to Phoenix, AZ where he worked for eight years. Ryan returned to Aiken in 2015.
Ryan was a loving son and brother and a loyal friend. He loved music, especially that of Widespread Panic, Phish and Grateful Dead. His career centered around the food industry and he enjoyed tasting new foods and interacting with clients. He was particularly fond of the owners and staff at An Shu restaurant where he was employed.
Ryan is survived by his parents Sandi and Russ McKnight of Aiken; brother, Shane of Cumming, GA; sister Ashlyn, of Denver, CO; eleven cousins of the GaMM crew; many loving family members and many friends.
No services are planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Mental Health America of Aiken County, PO Box 1074, Aiken, SC, 29802-1074; or SPCA Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare, 199 Willow Run Road, Aiken, SC, 29801.

Since I have only been in Aiken since January,I went in to anshu many times and was always greeted by a nice young man, Ryan and he always addressed me by my first name. R.I.P. my friend.
