Barbara McLeod Obituary
AIKEN, SC - Barbara Coakley McLeod, 73, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2014, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2014 along with viewing beginning at 12:00 p.m. at New Zion Branch Ministries, 507 Central Build-ing Road, Aiken. Pastor Ronnie Bryant of New Zion Branch Ministries will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
There will be a visitation held at 7:00 p.m. on October 16 at Jackson-Brooks Funeral Home.
Barbara was born in Aiken County on May 1, 1941 and was the daughter of the late Emma Craig Coakley and MacArthur Coakley.
Barbara is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Lindburg McLeod; one daughter, Greta N. Samuel (Sidney); two grandchildren(pride and joy), Sidney Jr. and Cailyn Samuel.
Friends may call her residence or JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, 126 Fairfield Street, SE, Aiken, SC beginning 3:00 p.m. Thursday.
