Arlene, passed away July 29, 2014 at the age of 73 at Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle, Maine. She was born in Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada. Arlene was a homemaker, but worked for !0 years at Sun Valley Ice Arena. She is survived by her husband Bob of 50 years, son Bobby(Shantelle) of Sacramento, CA, daughter Michelle of Sacramento,CA, son Walt(Lisa) of Napa, CA. And her family from Canada brother Omer(Claire) of Montreal/Quebec, sister Gaetane(Germain) of Moncton, N.B., brother Roger(Colette) of Ste Anne de Madawaska, N.B.. Also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a service at The Sacramento National Cemetery in Dixon, CA on October 1, 2014 at 11:00am. If you would like to make a donation in her name please send them to the American Cancer Society.

she open her door when i needed a break from that northern winter, she fed me,when i return home she paid my expense, she was of great generosity, but i said goodbye... too soon.

I am so sorry to hear of Arlene's passing. I remember her wonderful energy and positive nature. She could liven up any room or conversation and make anyone feel welcomed. My thoughts are with you Bob, Michelle, Bobby, Walter and families during this very difficult time. She will surely be missed.

We will miss her smile, and laughter. Arlene was always so kind to our family. Arlene helped unite our family together during our Uncle Paul Dolen's illness. We will be forever grateful to her for uniting us together.Arlene was always a joy to be around. Our hearts & sympathy goes to out to the Kelnhofer family.With deepest sympathy.
