Annie Cannon Obituary
AIKEN - Mrs. Annie Mae Cannon, age 95, of 638 Marlboro St. NE, entered into eternal rest Saturday, March 9, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral Services will be held 11AM Thursday March 14, 2024 at Second Baptist Church, 1151 York Street NE Aiken, SC 29801.
Mrs. Cannon was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Jerome Cannon and her daughter, Lillie Cannon Sanders; while leaving to cherish many memories: four daughters, Doris Cannon Smith, Betty Kay Cannon Miles, Annie Ruth Cannon, and Nikki Cannon; two sons, Guesner Cannon (Jean), and Wendell Cannon (Betty); son-in-law, Willis Sanders; thirteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and loving friends. Burial will follow in Jessamine Memorial Gardens.

It was a blessing to know Ms. Cannon, for she was a prayer warrior who knew that God will always lead and guide His People. "Just sit back you child. Look and listen", she would say with much wisdom and today, I'm still doing just what she told me to do. Family just know that earth has no sorrows for God Promises will never be a void. May God continue to Bless,Keep and strengthen you in your hour of need, is my prayer.

To the Cannon Family... we have been Family for more than 50 years ( Married the late Lillie Jean Cannon in 1976... )... Ms Cannon was more than a mother in law as she modeled BEing a strong woman of faith though the many joys and pains of her 95 years life journey... The precious memories will forever BE in my HeArt...
