Anna Padgette Obituary
HOPKINS, SC - Mrs. Anna Ruth Garrison Padgette, 89, died Saturday, October 8, 2016.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Thursday, October 13, and the funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM in the Shellhouse Funeral Home chapel with the Reverend Dr. Odell Belger officiating. Entombment will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
Mrs. Padgette was born in Rochelle, GA, a daughter of the late Roscoe and Bertha Gilbert Garrison. She had been a resident of Aiken since 1986 and had recently moved to Hopkins, SC. She was a member of Shaws Fork Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Patty Marie (Robert) Boswell, Warrenville, Pamela A. (William Andrew, Jr.) Moore, Columbia; a son, Daniel Thomas Padgette, Graniteville; grandchildren, Robbie (Ashley) Boswell, Nikole Boswell, Christian Padgette, Chelsea Padgette, MIDN 2/C (USNA) William Andrew "Drew" Moore, III; great-grandchildren, Elijah Kayden Calhoun, Elaina Kay McCain, Isabella Jolene Boswell; a sister, Sandra Harris, Concord, MA; an uncle, James Gilbert, Atlanta, GA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made in Mrs. Padgette's name may be directed to a charity of one's choice.
