Amanda Whitecotton Obituary
AIKEN, SC - AMANDA S. WHITECOTTON, 71, widow of Frank Whitecotton, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023 in PruittHealth, North Augusta surrounded by her loved ones.
A native and lifelong resident of Aiken, Amanda was a daughter of the late Olin R. and Mary Jo Quinn Herron. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her dogs.
Surviving is her daughter, Heather Edl (David), North Augusta; grandsons, Kyle Edl (Liza) and Caleb Edl; great-grandson, Emmett Edl; sisters, Janice Watkins (Billy), Aiken, Nancy Rollins (Austin), Aiken. In addition to her husband and parents, Amanda was preceded in death by her grandson, Connor (age 7); two sisters, Michelle Workman and Christa Williams.
A private graveside service will be held in Aiken Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions my be directed to Aiken County Animal Shelter (fotasaiken.org).

My condolences to the family and all affected. Amanda (Margaret) was a close friend of my mom's for many years and spent a lot of time with my family. She was surely be missed.
