EVANS, GA - Alfred A. Henneberger, III, 65, of Smithsburg, MD, died October 1, 2025, at home surrounded by his loving family. Born January 19, 1960, he was the son of Karel (Schmid) Henneberger and the late Alfred A. Henneberger, Jr. He is survived by his mother, Brothers, Mark Henneberger of Arlington, VA and Douglas Henneberger of Smithsburg, MD; Nieces, Danielle Henneberger of Washington, D.C., and Katie (Owens) Valerias of New York City; Nephews, Alec Henneberger of Portland, OR and Benjamin Henneberger of Fairfield, PA; and Great Nephews, Dean and Griffin Valerias of New York City. A celebration of life service will be held at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 12704 Wolfsville Rd. Smithsburg, MD 21783 on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 11 AM with a reception following. Private burial will be later in the Rocky Gap Veteran's Cemetery, Flintstone, MD. Arrangements are entrusted to J.L. Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg, MD.
