Alberta Miles Obituary
AIKEN, S.C. - Mrs. Alberta M. Miles, age 91, widow of the late George Miles, Sr., slept away Wednesday morning 10/29/214 at Pepper Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
In addition to her parents, George and Isabella Simpkins Miller and her husband, George Miles, Sr., she was preceded in death by three children, Benjamin (Allie) Miles, Joanne (Jerry) Hamilton, and Arix (Jeannie) Miles.
Survivors include: her devoted daughter and son, Febere Ann (Edward S.) Williams, Wynnewood, PA and George (Velma S.) Miles, Jr., Aiken, SC; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; many other relatives.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, November 7, 2014 at Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah Witnesses 502 Croft Mill Rd (Viewing 9AM-11AM). Burial will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the residence of her son and daughter-in-law, George (Velma) Miles, Jr., 546 Union Church Lane or at JACKSON-BROOKS FUNERAL,HOME, 126 Fairfield St SE, @ 803-649-6123 .

sister miles was like my grandmother her in aiken. I had no family when i moved here, we had a lot of fun. learned a lot about the history of aiken from her. She was a good spiritual friend, going to the assembly and different trips with me and franklin. I DO MISS HER.
