Mack Hill Lebanon, SC - Mack Glenn Hill, 89, of the Lebanon Community, passed away peacefully, May 8, 2021, surrounded by his family. Mack was born April 16, 1932, son of Vertis J. and Ethel B. Hill, also of the Lebanon Community. He was a retired WESTVACO papermaker, farmer and US Army Veteran. He loved hunting, fishing, gardening and especially hoeing peanuts. He was a member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church. He is preceded in death by: his wife of 65 years, Joyce Dantzler Hill of Providence, S.C.; his parents and stepmother, Fannie Mae Orvin Varner Hill; brothers, James David and Vertis J. Hill Jr. (Humpy); sister, Alma Gann. Mack is survived by: his children, Glenn S. Hill, wife, Kathy; Darrell L. Hill, wife, Kay: Carolyn H. Mullinax, husband, Michael, all of the Lebanon Community. By his brothers, J. Wayne Varner of Moncks Corner; Dennis Hill of Lebanon; sisters, Hazel Thigpen of North Charleston; Inez M. Petracca of Pinopolis; Faye D. Davis of Columbia, SC; and Juanita H. Stone of Lebanon. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Jeremy, Lacey, Eric, Corey, Kerri, Jessica, and Jake; as well as his great-grandchildren: Savannah, Ayden, Riley, Addison, Lexi, Coda, and Maggie. Graveside services will be held at Rudd Branch Cemetery, Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at 11 A.M., Directed by Russell Funeral Chapel of Moncks Corner.
