William Thurmond Obituary
William Thurmond, Jr. was born on January 07, 1972 in Chicago, Illinois to Mr. William Thurmond, Sr., and the late Mrs. Lucille Thurmond. He was their only son.
William departed this life on July 08, 2022 at his home in Jackson, Mississippi.
William was married to Lisa Thurmond and to this union they were blessed with two children: Wendy Thurmond and William (Austin) Thurmond.
William was a man who knew the Lord. He loved fishing and DJ'ing with his son and cooking with his daughter. He was employed at St. Dominic Jackson Memorial Hospital in Jackson, MS until his health began to fail. William attended Callaway High School, where he graduated with honors in the Class of 1990.
William is preceded in death by his loving mother, Mrs. Lucille Thurmond.
William leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 25 years: Lisa Thurmond; his daughter: Wendy Thurmond; and son: William (Austin) Thurmond; his father: William Thurmond, Sr.; sister: Shekela Thomas; two brothers: Gregory (Janice) Cooper and Kevin Jefferson, all of Jackson, Mississippi; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
