GATE CITY, VA – WILLIAM EUGENE LYONS, 60
William Eugene Lyons, age 60 of Gate City, VA went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 15, 2022 after a brief illness.
He was born in Scott County, VA on April 25, 1961 to the late Bill and Della Lyons. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters Ann Jones and Wilma Fields.
Mr. Lyons is survived by his wife Angela Lyons; daughters, Jessica Holmes (Kevin), Brittany Lane (Chase) and Alicia Kindle (Nathan); sons, Josh Lyons and Chris Lyons; grandchildren, Taylor Lyons, Skylor Lyons, Kenley Holmes, Riley Vermillion, Addison Vermillion and Carson Lane; sisters, Janice Baker (Roger), Helen Summey (Raymond), Betty Castle (Sammy) and Jane Lyons; brothers, Ralph Lyons and Ricky Lyons (Karen); several nieces, nephews and cousins; host of friends.
Graveside service will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 at 2 PM in the Holston View Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.

I knew him from our early teen years his sister Ann was married to my dad 1st cousin Johnny he use to come in Advance Auto I will miss him we miss Ann so much all of you are in our prayer. He will be missed.
