Donna, Ed and Amanda,
I’m so sadden and sorry to hear about
the loss of Victoria! I remember hanging out with the girls during Polka family events like the labor day picnic, summers down the shore, my parents 25th wedding anniversary, and coici Nancy’s bridal shower and more. I believe the last time I saw the twins was when we had a Polka Christmas dinner at a restaurant on LBI when Coici Clara was still around back im 2013 I believe. Although I saw Victoria seldom through out the years, I have very sweet memories of her!
Love,
Eleanor “Elea” Harvey

Dearest Walters Family,
I’m so very sorry for the loss of beautiful Victoria. I loved her when she was in Girl Scouts. She was reserved, but at the same time she would say exactly what was on her mind. I will always remember her and keep her in my heart . I will pray for your family.

Mr. Ed, Mrs. Donna, Amanda, what a truly amazing, beautiful and hilarious girl Victoria was. I am lucky to have grown up next to such a wonderful girl. She could always make me laugh in any instance even if Daniel Clarke was being too much of himself. Sen

Victoria,
I still remember the day I first met you. We went to a study session for General Chemistry 103. From there we quickly became friends through our study sessions. I still remember you telling me that you had a hard time making friends because most of the time people wouldn't bother putting in the effort. I understood how you felt because it would always be the same situation for me.
When I found out the news of your passing, the memories of us flashed before my eyes: us comparing schedules so we can find the best times to hang out despite both of us being busy, us sitting together in class in a very crammed Smith Hall, our study sessions in Gore before the exam, you proudly showing off your decorated dorm room in Sypherd, us watching anime together at anime club, you and me trying out every food we possibly can at Caesar Rodney and Russell Dining Hall, and most importantly of all, the day we officially became Blue Hens at the Twilight Ceremony.
Even through COVID, we stayed in contact through our Zoom study sessions. You always put in the same amount of effort I put in. You were there to comfort me whenever I was going through tough times in my life despite having your own problems. Something I distinctly remember about you is your love for education. Despite all the obstacles you would tell me about regarding your health, I noticed that you always pushed through and got your school work done. I strongly admire that about you.
As I read back to our messages months before your passing, I noticed that we kept saying "I'll tell you when I see you again". It hurts to know that "again" will never come. I have so many things to tell you and so many questions to ask you that I'll never hear the answer to. I even remember our talks about someday graduating together.
Believe it or not, there's not that many genuine people in this world. You were one of the few. I have never met anyone as sweet and as loyal as you. I'm so grateful to have been part of your life. I'm so grateful to call you my friend. You impacted my life in ways that you didn't even know. I'll always keep you in my heart. I promised that we would graduate together. I'll keep the candle lit in your honor. Rest in peace my beautiful friend.
With Love Always,
Steph
