Roland Milton Lambert, 79, passed away October 18, 2021. Mr. Lambert was born December 30, 1941 in Georgetown, SC. He was the son of Plummer Lambert and Francis “Sissy” McConnell and the adopted son of Kay Richard and Sadie Moore.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Lambert;  4 sons, Charles Newton (Billi) , Milton Lambert, Dee Lambert (Angie Floyd), and Jonathon Cook; 2 daughters, Hope Lambert and Angela Yarborough; 8 grandchildren, Jayme Stevens, Steven Newton, Dillon Newton, Dillon Newton, David Lambert, Jonathan Cook, Danielle Cooper (Buggie), Kristen Cooper, and Jackson Cooper;  4 great grandchildren, Madelyn Newton, Raelynn Newton, Brayleigh Newton, and Gracynn Newton; 2 step grandchildren, Wade Langston and Jade Langston; 7 sisters, Barbara Cribb of Georgetown, Phyllis Blankenship (Frank) of Georgetown, Diane Rogers (Samie) of Georgetown, Joyce Barnhill of Georgetown, Donna Kay Shuler (CL) of Georgetown, Faye Lambert, and Pam Lambert. 5 Brothers, Roger Dale McConnell Sr. (Paula) of Georgetown, Woody McConnell (Darlene) of Georgetown, Bobby “Louie” McConnell (Monica) of Georgetown, and Roger Dale McConnell Jr. of Georgetown.

He is predeceased by 1 sister, Mary Francis Cohn and 5 brothers, Roy Irwin McConnell, Johnny McConnell, Henry McConnell, David “Buck” McConnell, and Marvin McConnell.
