Robert Bunting Jr. Obituary
Robert Henry Bunting, Jr., age 57, of Parsonsburg, MD died Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury. Bob was born in Salisbury and was the son of the late Robert Henry Bunting Sr. and Shirley Mae (Stephens) Bunting.
He was employed by Franchise Management Services as an electrician and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Bob loved children and had been involved in Snow Hill Tee Ball and Little League.
He is survived by one sister, Angie Ayres and husband James of Berlin; one brother, Howard D. Bunting and wife Debbie of Pittsville, and his loving companion, Sandy Eure of Parsonsburg. He is also survived by two nephews, Tim Dennis (Susan) and daughter Kailen of Delmar and Brian Foskey of Pittsville; one niece, Lisa Jarman (Gemayal) and daughter Nevaeh of Pittsville and many other friends, family and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, August 15, 2022 at Bishop-Hastings Funeral Home, 19 S. Main Street in Selbyville, DE where friends may call an hour before the service. Burial will be in Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help cover funeral costs may be sent to Bishop-Hastings Funeral Home, P.O. Box 267, Selbyville, DE 19975.
