I am so sorry to hear about Dick’s passing. He was such an amazing friend, neighbor and all around person. I can’t think of home without fond memories of growing up with him stopping by and visiting- always with a smile and some joke or silly saying to make me laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you now & always. (PS - I know that Dad and Dick are having a few drinks and probably causing a little trouble right about now) Many hugs & much love to your whole family.

Sorry to hear of Dick’s passing. I was one of his coworkers and enjoy it greatly. I’ll also remember Dick’s ability to twist around the English language to get people laughing.
Rest in peace Dick and we’ll keep you and your family in our prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about Dick. I didn't know he was ill. Friends mean to keep in touch with each other, but for some reason it doesn't seem to happen. God Bless all of you, and know that some day you will see him again. The one thing
that might brighten up your day is for you to know he will now see his long time friends, Frank Ross and Fred Wolcott. They enjoyed working together and helping others, and that is why that were all members of the Fire Department. Though I can't be with you, Linda, please know my prayers are ....

Renee, Robin, Linda - I'm so sorry for the loss of your dad/husband. He was a part of Henderson history. Vern and I are sending thoughts and prayers to you. I think the hardest part of losing someone isn't having to say goodbye, but rather learning to live without them. Losing someone is carves out a deep, hollow pocket. There's no magical way to fill it, no medicine or Band-Aid or surgery to cure it. Over time we get used to it, but the feeling never totally goes away - but it helps to remember the memories that make you smile. Please know we are thinking of you during this difficult time. During my short time living in the Henderson community, Mr Esden was a colleague that I enjoyed being around. I am saddened to learn of his passing. To the family, he was a wonderful family man and devoted member of the community.
