Mis mas sinceros respetos a la familia Román Molina; Rafa tuve la oportunidad de conocerte por tantos años reconocer el gran ser humano y noble ; gracias por darme la bienvenida a tu casa junto a mi esposo . Tu partida deja un gran vacío que jamás podrá llenarse; más solo con saber ser testigo de tu amor y fidelidad con tu familia tus sobrinos y mas que nada ese único y desprendido amor para tu única hermana .todos los días tu llama estuvo presente tu apoyo y ese amor que nada lo supera eres el hermano que uno desea tener. Hoy te vas físicamente a descansar pero sé que ese amor siempre rodeará a tus seres queridos. Gracias por darnos la oportunidad de conocerte y sentir tu nobleza Descansa en Paz .y vivirás siempre en nuestros corazónes prometemos cuidar de Madre Mayie Los ángeles te reciben donde siempre el sol está presente

Tío, I have such fond memories of you, even for the short space of time we shared.
You became my uncle once your parents took on my father at the age 11/12, who was an orphan whom your dad and mom opened their hearts and home too. As I get my father, Ismael, who is now 85 years old, to retell me the story, he forever is greatful for that extension of Love offered by Rafael Sr. And Rafaela.
You had a life full of accomplishments and were always meant for great things. I wish we would have spent more time and yet you were always the pride of my father who always spoke of you and my " madrina" godmother Maggie.
Our hearts go out to the full in sympathy and in joy for now he is with God in his everlasting home of Gold. ❣

We worked together in FCC Coleman. He was a definite positive influence on many to include myself. Kind, humble, knowledgeable, funny, family man. He always spoke of his wife and kids to us staff.
We lost a great one and heaven gained an impacting soul.
Much respect and serenity prayers to Mrs. Delia, and family and all his friends, and comrades.

My most sincere condolence to Rafaelito,Naudi &Tati. His wife Delia and the rest of the family. I have known Rafa since 1984 when he started at Bridgeport Hospital in Connecticut and received his first Fellow as an Internist in Medicine. The laugh of Dr. Roman was contagious and that is something we have to remember forever. Although it is sad to see him go we have to rejoice in the fact that he is resting in peace in the hands of the Lord. May all Rafa's children and the family find the same Peace Rafa is having now.

I remember Rafa since I was kid. What I remember the most is his laugh. He was always happy, and making everybody smile. He was a very inspiring and loving uncle as that’s exactly what he always was for me. He sure will be missed. I know he is with Don Rafa and Doña Rafaela in Heaven and they are all smiling and watching over all us. Miss them all very very much. Reinaldito
