Peggy Ann Brown, 80, of Camden, passed from this life on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery following an extended illness. She was a member of Bible Baptist Fellowship in Camden and had also been a member of Hopewell Methodist Church. Peggy enjoyed fishing and she loved flowers. Above all, she loved Jesus and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her son, Joel Keith Brown, grandsons, Hunter Lee Brown and Shawn Allen Brown, great-grandson, Levi Phillips, mother, Margie Sadler, many aunts and uncles as well as the love of her life and father of her children, Willie Joe Brown.
She is survived by her children, Scott Brown, Deborah Ann McGraw (Marcus) and Gavin Lee Brown, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and other extended family members.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Bible Baptist Fellowship in Camden with Bro. Tommy Primm and Bro. Mike Kitzinger officiating and Dunklin Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Hopewell Methodist Church Cemetery in McWilliams. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday beginning at 11:00 am until time of services.

Keith, Debbie and Lee, so sorry to hear of your mama passing. I really enjoyed her when years ago Simpson and I used to come to your house back in our high school days. I'd been keeping up with her on FB lately. She was a great lady! Rest in peace, Peggy.

I MET Peggy about 20 yrs. Ago.SHe was a very very sweet lady.Only got to see her a couple of times a yr.Kept in touch on face book.She was a great friend.She will really be missed.Thank the Lord we know she will be in a better place.Prayets for you all the family.

Ms. Peggy was a genuine, sweet soul. Enjoyed working around her at ATRC. Loved her and she loved me back. Will miss seeing her around Camden. Rest now. ❤
